Episode Two: Where The Story Begins

In the first episode we talk about my early days of sobriety and how it impacted my views on motherhood, reconnecting with my spirituality, and how these changes began to impact my marriage.  I’ll introduce you to my friends, Bonnie Goff (Developmental Psychologist) and Samantha Jo Harvey (Mindset Coach) and you can listen in as we talk about our their individual experiences contemplating motherhood, facing fears and limiting beliefs about what life must look like, pursuing motherhood later in life, spirituality, stopping hormonal birth control and connecting with natural cycles, and lots more.
